TERMS
$200 opening order ($150 for letters). First order COD or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover). After first order, customer may request Net 30 which may be approved at our option. $150 minimum reorder (no minimum reorder for letters.) We sale wholesale to customers associated with established businesses with either a physical store front, catalog-based sales, or other business approved by Twelve Timbers. Send all information, including e.i.n. number and tax ID # with your first order.
There may be an authorization run on credit cards 5-7 days before shipping. A finance charge will be applied on past due balances at a rate of 1 1/2% per month (18 per annum) on unpaid balance.
RETURNS
Damage claims must be made within 2 weeks of receiving damaged merchandise. Other returns are not accepted due to the fact that each order is made to custom specifications and not from stocked merchandise.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for any orders in the shipping department over 30 days or for returns not authorized by Twelve Timbers.
COLORS
We have made every effort to ensure that the colors of our products display as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to monitor inconsistency, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be accurate.
